The book!

Why should you even read this book? As an author, what can I even add new to this topic, since a lot has already been written about it? We are talking about relationships, health, changes. The most I can offer to you is an insight into my personal experience with the goal that you might recognize yourself in some part of this story. To bring awareness to the idea that by making changes in your life, you can move from a dead end and achieve things that may have seemed out of reach in your situation. To muster up the courage to make a change. If this book helps take a new step and thereby improve the life of just one person, I have achieved my goal.
This is what the book is about. The importance of the feeling of love and joy that we carry within us, how the lack of joy and love can be devastating for us, and how we can overcome many health problems and improve our relationships with each other by making changes in the way we relate to ourselves. When we start making changes in our lives, we open the door wide to new opportunities and new energy. In doing so, we are laying a new foundation for new relationships that will help us to live a fuller, healthier and higher quality life.
In the book you will find examples from my personal life. It describes my health and relationship problems, how I dealt with them and how I successfully overcame them by making changes to myself. The book is about the need to make changes in our lives if we want to progress in all aspects and, of course, in doing so, to deal first with our relationship with ourselves and, consequently, with all the other companions in our lives. Only when we realise the importance of change and start to implement it in our daily lives can we influence improvements in our health and relationships in all aspects and at all levels.

1. How to recognise inner turmoil and how to react
In our daily lives, it is very important to learn to perceive and recognise our feelings. These usually determine how we feel and therefore how we react to our perception of ourselves and our surroundings. The quicker we can perceive and recognise our feelings, especially if they are unpleasant, the quicker we can react to them, accept them, become aware of them and release them into an energy that no longer weighs us down.
Whenever we perceive a feeling within ourselves that is somehow unpleasant, weighs us down and creates inner turmoil within us, we turn our attention to that feeling, perceive it, accept it, become aware of it, and ask ourselves what has caused this state. What has caused our body, our emotions, to react in this way? If we are attentive and honest enough with ourselves, the answer will soon become apparent. Once we have found out what is weighing us down, it is best to approach the situation as soon as possible. The sooner we resolve it, the better we will feel.
Example:
You are waiting in line at the checkout in a shop and a stranger comes up in front of you. You are in a hurry and feel anger, which causes inner turmoil. At that moment, you want to throw that person out of the queue, or argue with them, or at least tell them that it's not right. In most cases, such a situation triggers an aggressive reaction, which is mainly to our own detriment. If we detect our feelings in time, recognise them, accept them, and become aware of them, we will realise that anger will not help us at all, but only harm us. Since we do not know the reason why this person has got in front of us, we cannot judge his actions. What matters most for us is to become aware of this feeling of anger and to let it go in a way that restores inner peace within ourselves. So we wait calmly for our turn.
2. What to do when the warning light comes on?
It often happens that we feel unwell or in pain for various reasons.
When these small alarms happen, it means that the body wants to tell us something. Something is obviously not working right in our system. It's like a car when a check light comes on. Then we immediately pay attention to it and immediately check what could be wrong and, if we can't find out the cause ourselves, we call for service. We should do the same when our body sends us warning signs.
So, when something is wrong with us, we ask ourselves, "What is the body trying to tell us?" or "What can I do to correct this situation?". If we are sufficiently attentive and objective in our awareness, we can come up with the answer ourselves. In any case, in such cases it is advisable to act, to make a change (perhaps rest, fast for a short time, focus our attention on improving the condition, see a doctor, etc.), to respond to the warning and to listen to the body. The worst thing is to ignore such warnings and overhear them.
3. Make changes in your life
All of us have been in a situation for a short or long time where life has become a sequence of the same situations, which we do the same way over and over again. Today we call this living on autopilot and most of the things we do are somehow pre-programmed. We get up in the morning (always the same way), we brush our teeth (always the same way), we get dressed (always the same way), we have breakfast (usually always the same things), we get the kids off to school, we go to work (always the same way), we repeat the same things at work and so on throughout the day. If we look a little deeper into this flow of our lives, we notice that the pattern of how we behave and how we do things repeats itself from day to day, and we don't have to think much about what we are going to do, because it is all automatic. Somehow, we find ourselves in a comfort zone where there are no major changes and, consequently, our life is correspondingly passive and monotonous. It is according to habits and programmes that we have acquired, in most cases, from others and that are not our own.
If we want to break out of this vicious circle, sometimes it is necessary to step out of our comfort zone and take a step into the unknown by making a change. Change will bring new situations, new opportunities and, above all, a new meaning to our lives. By being aware and making changes, we can greatly improve our lives. Above all, we make it alive, we become creative and by insisting on change we can become our own master again, independent of programmes.
How do we go about change?
Let's start by making small changes that don't require too much sacrifice, sacrifice or fear of the unknown. For example, if we brush our teeth with our right hand, let's try doing it with our left hand, maybe we can only stand on one leg when brushing our teeth. At breakfast, try putting things on the table a little differently each day, or changing the order of tasks. On the way to school or work, let's take a different route each day. At work, let's change our routines a little. When we get used to making small changes and it is no longer a stressful event, but an interesting experience of a new reality where we are no longer influenced by unconscious programmes and habits, we can start to make bigger changes that will challenge us more and really move us out of our comfort zone.
Try it, you will not regret it.
